Terms and Conditions

This is an English translation for information purposes. In case of any discrepancy, the Croatian version prevails.

1. General

These Terms govern the sale of products through the Firecase online shop (the “Shop”). The seller is:

A buyer is any person who places an order in the Shop. A consumer is a buyer who is a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade or profession. By placing an order, the buyer confirms having read and accepted these Terms. Contracts are concluded in Croatian.

2. Products and prices

Products are described and shown as accurately as possible. Colours may differ slightly depending on your screen.

All prices are in euro (EUR) and are final. The seller is not registered for VAT. VAT not charged pursuant to Art. 90(1) of the Croatian VAT Act.

Shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed. For discounted products, the lowest price in the 30 days before the discount is also shown. The price valid at the time of the order applies. In case of an obvious pricing error, we will inform the buyer, who may cancel the order with a full refund.

3. Ordering and conclusion of the contract

1. The buyer adds products to the cart.
2. At checkout, the buyer enters contact and delivery details and reviews the order. All details can be corrected before submitting.
3. The buyer accepts these Terms and clicks “Order with obligation to pay” to proceed to payment.
4. The contract is concluded once payment is confirmed. The buyer immediately receives an order confirmation by email, together with the invoice and information on the right of withdrawal.

Order data is stored by the seller and is available to the buyer in the confirmation email and, if they have one, in their account. Creating an account is not required to buy.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland): credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and others), Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Availability may depend on your device and browser. Card details are entered directly with Stripe; the seller has no access to them. The order amount is charged when the order is placed. The invoice is issued electronically and sent by email.

5. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in Croatia. Shipping within Croatia costs €4.99 and is free for orders of €30.00 or more.

Expected delivery time is 4–8 days. Products may be shipped directly from our suppliers’ warehouses; the seller remains responsible to the buyer for performance of the contract. Goods will be delivered no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. If this is not possible, we will inform the buyer, who may terminate the contract and receive a refund without delay.

The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer when they, or a third party designated by them (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods. If a parcel is visibly damaged, please report it to the courier and contact us at luka.kasalo.web@gmail.com.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day the consumer, or a third party designated by them (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods; for multiple goods delivered separately, from the day the last item is received.

To withdraw, inform us by an unequivocal statement sent by email to luka.kasalo.web@gmail.com or by post to our registered address. You may use the withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. The deadline is met if you send the notice before the period expires.

Return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal notice to:

Please email us before sending so we can give you return instructions. The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

We will refund all payments received, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

7. Liability for defects

The seller is liable for material defects under the Croatian Civil Obligations Act for defects that appear within two years of the passing of risk. The buyer must notify the seller of a defect within two months of discovering it. The buyer may request repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract as provided by law. No commercial guarantee is given unless stated for a product. Statutory consumer rights cannot be excluded or limited.

8. Complaints

Consumers may file a written complaint by email to luka.kasalo.web@gmail.com or by post to Tvrtkova 1, 22300 Knin, Croatia. We will confirm receipt without delay and respond in writing within 15 days.

9. Out-of-court dispute resolution

We aim to resolve all disputes amicably. Consumers may contact the alternative dispute resolution bodies listed by the Croatian ministry responsible for consumer protection. The seller has not committed to participating in such proceedings but is willing to consider it case by case. Consumers may also contact the State Inspectorate.

10. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

Croatian law applies. Consumers habitually resident in another EU member state keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of that state’s law. Disputes are subject to the competent court under Croatian law.

12. Final provisions

The seller may amend these Terms. Each order is governed by the Terms valid when it was placed. These Terms are valid from 4 October 2026.
